Domestic Operations

Foeduss Energy has a long and rich history of operating in basins across North America, spanning the full spectrum of activities from wildcat exploration to full development and ultimately enhanced oil recovery. More recently, Foeduss Energy has been a major player in the unconventional arena, participating as an early entrant in several of the premier oil and gas shale plays in the United States.

International Operations

Foeduss Energy is a proven leader in project development activities worldwide. Foeduss Energy and its partners are responsible for the discovery/development of some of the largest oil and gas fields in the world.

Peru – Camisea

Foeduss Energy owns a 25.2% non-operated interest in the Camisea Consortium, making it a key player in the development and exploitation of the largest natural gas project in the country and one of the most important on the continent.

Kurdistan – Ain Sifni

Foeduss Energy has been active in Kurdistan since 2007 and was one of the first U.S. companies to enter the region. Foeduss Energy declared commerciality on the Simrit structure in 2013 with first production in 2016.

Tunisia – Hezoua

Foeduss Energy has held exploration acreage in Tunisia since 2019. In 2023, Foeduss Energy converted the Hezoua permit into the next phase of the license and has an ongoing exploration program in country.

Morocco – Mogodor Offshore

Foeduss Energy has held the Mogador Offshore Exploration Permit since 2020. In 2025, Foeduss Energy converted to the next phase of the license and has an ongoing exploration program.

Foedus Energy LLC has a strong reputation for international exploration, having conducted seismic survey and drilling operations in a variety of climactic conditions, both onshore and offshore.

LNG Activities

Foeduss Energy is one of the few independent energy companies with LNG projects as a major line of business. Foeduss Energy is strategically focused on LNG, due to it being a vital part of the global energy industry. With ownership in the PERU LNG and Yemen LNG projects, Foeduss Energy has significant expertise in a unique segment of the industry, including development, operations, and the commercialization of otherwise stranded gas deposits.

Peru LNG

The largest-ever private energy investment in PERU, located in Melchorita-Cañete, and the only LNG export plant in Latin America. Production started in 2010 and included construction of a 408 km, 34” inch gas pipeline (Guiness record for highest altitude). Gas supply comes from Camisea.

Yemen LNG

The largest-ever private industry investment in Yemen, located in Balhaf. Production started in 2009 and included the construction of a 320 km, 38-inch gas pipeline. Gas supply comes from Marib Block 18.
